Dennis Otto, Founder
Dennis lived in the darkness of drug addiction and violence, which eventually lead to a 110 month prison sentence. In 2010 the light of Jesus Christ entered his life. Dennis is now a pastor, using his testimony, to minister to the broken men of this world. He has been called to disciple to make disciples.

Jim McMahon

Jim has been married 23 Years and is a father of 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
He is an avid outdoorsman, Finance Manager for over 20yrs for a car dealership, Manager for over a year at the dealership level.
Board member the last 4yrs for ICCM Ministries, Chair for fundraiser for last 3yrs helping raise over $150,000 each year in a one night event!
Board member All in Ministries. Former Pastor of a church. God loving man.
Tim Marks

Tim is a member of River Valley Church where he serves as a Deacon at the Apple Valley Campus and as an Usher Lead. He has worked for 3M Company in Maplewood, MN for over 29 years where he has held a variety of positions in Engineering, Business Operations, Process Optimization and Management. He brings a unique perspective to the board that combines his technical background, business and management experience as well as strong engagement with Global Teams and Kingdom Builders partners at River Valley. He was an early board member of Engage Your Destiny, a ministry reaching former and active military personnel with a message of hope thru Jesus Christ.
