However, in 2010, a life-altering encounter with Jesus Christ set him on a new path of healing and purpose.

Today, Dennis serves as a pastor and a beacon of hope to those who are broken and searching for restoration. His personal testimony resonates deeply with men who have faced similar struggles, and he is committed to ministering to them, not only offering comfort but also equipping them with the tools to become effective disciples of Christ.

Dennis' mission is to help others experience the freedom he has found and to spread the message of Christ’s love and redemption to a world in need of healing. His journey continues to inspire and lead others toward transformation and hope.

Patti brings a nurturing spirit and a heart for mentorship to All In Ministries. Married to Dennis for 14 years, she is the proud mother of two biological children and three bonus children, together blessing her with six cherished grandchildren.

For the past five years, Patti has homeschooled her two sons, demonstrating her dedication to faith-based education and her commitment to family. Her 12 years of experience as a personal care attendant further highlight her compassionate nature and service to others.

For the last three years, Patti has been an integral part of All In Ministries, mentoring women and helping them grow in their faith and purpose. Her passion for discipleship, coupled with her life experience, makes her an invaluable asset to the ministry’s mission of fostering transformation and hope through Christ.

Bob brings a lifetime of faith, service, and leadership to All In Ministries. Married for 49 years to his wife, Linda, Bob is a proud father of four and grandfather to nine, cherishing the importance of family and faith.

Bob has faithfully served in ministry for many years. For a decade, he was a Deacon and member of the Worship team at Jesus People Church/Cedar Ridge. He also spent 15 years contributing to the Advisory Council and Worship team at Celebration Church in Lakeville, Minnesota.

With his deep commitment to worship and ministry leadership, Bob provides a steadfast and experienced voice in advancing the mission and vision of All In Ministries.

Jim brings a wealth of experience and a servant’s heart to his role as chair of the board of All In Ministries. Married for 27 years, Jim is a devoted father to four children and a proud grandfather to seven. His love for family and faith fuels his commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

With over 20 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry and more than a year as a dealership-level Manager, Jim has developed exceptional leadership, organizational, and financial skills. He has also served as a board member of ICCM Ministries for the past four years, where he chaired a highly successful fundraiser for three consecutive years, raising over $150,000 annually in a single night.

A former pastor and an avid outdoorsman, Jim is a deeply God-loving man who embodies dedication and faith in action. His passion for ministry and unwavering belief in the power of God’s love inspire his work with All In Ministries, where he strives to make a lasting impact in the community.

Ted is a man of faith and dedication, bringing many years of leadership experience to his role as co-chair of All In Ministries. As the owner of Valley Rich Company, Ted has honed skills in integrity, accountability, and service, all values of which he brings to the ministry.

Ted’s life reflects his commitment to family and community. Together with his wife Tanya for 10 years, he is a devoted stepfather to three and proud grandfather to seven. A passionate outdoorsman, musician, and pilot,  Ted lives a life enriched by God’s blessings and guided by his love for Christ.

Ted’s heart for ministry stems from his desire to serve and uplift others, helping them discover and grow in their faith. His leadership is rooted in trust, authenticity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of God’s love.

Tim, a devoted member of River Valley Church, brings his servant heart and leadership skills to All In Ministries. As a Deacon at the Apple Valley Campus and Usher Lead, Tim exemplifies his commitment to fostering a welcoming and faith-filled community.

Professionally, Tim has cultivated 29 years of expertise at 3M Company in Maplewood, MN, excelling in Engineering, Business Operations, Process Optimization, and Management. His technical expertise and strategic insights are further enriched by his experience collaborating with Global Teams and Kingdom Builders partners at River Valley.

Tim's dedication to ministry extends beyond his local church, having served as an early board member of Engage Your Destiny, a ministry focused on bringing hope and the message of Jesus Christ to former and active military personnel.

Tim's multifaceted background in business, technical operations, and ministry leadership provides invaluable perspectives and energy to the mission of All In Ministries.

Kristen brings a wealth of diverse experience to All In Ministries, combining her expertise in project management and healthcare. With over 8 years in the project management field, she has honed her skills in managing deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and accountability in every endeavor.

In addition, Kristen has dedicated more than 18 years to nursing, holding a license and currently working in a detox facility. Her compassionate approach to care and deep understanding of the healthcare field enhance her ability to connect with and serve others.

Kristen’s multifaceted background in both organizational leadership and patient care provides a distinctive perspective to All In Ministries, aligning her professional skills and personal passion with the mission of sharing hope and transformation through Christ.

Kirk Oliver brings over three decades of professional experience and a heart for ministry to All In Ministries. His career spanned 30+ years with global organizations across Consulting, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare, where he specialized in Strategic Planning, Partnerships, and Implementation & Integration Programs. In recent years, Kirk has shifted his focus to Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching, and developing content and programs designed to inspire and uplift others.

An ICF-trained coach since 2020, Kirk began coaching with the Good Fathers Program in 2021 and has been a foundational member of All In Ministries since its inception. He is also a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths facilitator, bringing valuable tools to help others discover and maximize their potential.

With over 20 years of service to men of all ages in his faith community, Kirk has actively contributed to his local church, church plants, missionary teams, nonprofits, and extended partnerships.

Kirk is a devoted husband of 25+ years and the proud father of three young adult children. His blend of professional expertise, coaching skills, and deep faith-based service equips him to make a significant impact in advancing the mission of All In Ministries.

Megan has been a passionate member of All In Ministries since 2020, inspired by the powerful work being done by Dennis and Patti through their ministry. She is deeply encouraged by their unwavering dedication and perseverance in serving others.

Married to her husband, Jeff, Megan serves alongside him as Executive Pastors at Homestead Community Church in Farmington, where they are committed to leading and nurturing their community in faith.

Outside of ministry, Megan enjoys tackling renovation projects and spending quality time outdoors, embracing her creative and adventurous spirit. Megan’s heart for service, combined with her leadership at Homestead Community Church, makes her an invaluable part of the All In Ministries team.

Jack has been a devoted husband to his wife, Joan, for 55 years, and they are proud parents to 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

As a former CEO and owner of Vanman Architects and Builders, Jack built a distinguished career in the construction and design industry. Currently, he is the owner of Timber Knot, Inc., where he continues to apply his leadership and business expertise.

Jack's service extends beyond the professional realm. He has held key leadership roles, including Past Chair of the ICCM Life Center Board, Past Chair of the Land of Lakes Choirboys, and Past Council President at Central Lutheran Church.

As a dedicated board member of All In Ministries, Jack contributes his wealth of experience in both business and community leadership to further the mission of the ministry. His long-standing commitment to service, both in his church and the broader community, strengthens the impact of All In Ministries.

Steve brings a wealth of experience and a heart for service to All In Ministries. A business owner in Red Wing, MN, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.

Now a dedicated board member of All In Ministries, Steve uses his insights and expertise to support the mission of the organization. His commitment to both his community and the ministry makes him an invaluable part of the team, helping to guide All In Ministries as it continues to reach and impact lives with the love of Christ.

Steve has been happily married for 30 years and is blessed with two wonderful daughters. For the past 25 years, he has been self-employed, specializing in selling software solutions to the construction industry.

As active members of Homestead Church, Steve and his family have made their faith a central part of their lives.

In addition to his business career, Steve has had the honor of serving on two faith-based boards: ICCM Inner City Church, where he has been a board member for the past nine years, and All In Ministries, which he joined a year ago.

In his free time, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active by playing Pickleball, a favorite pastime of his. His strong leadership and dedication to his faith make him an invaluable member of All In Ministries.
